ComposeHub ("Service") is operated by Liberty Digital Agency LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, USA, located at 6300 Riverside Plaza Lane NW, Suite 100, Albuquerque, NM 87120, USA.
ComposeHub provides a visual Docker Compose editor, pre-built templates, real-time YAML validation, community stack sharing, and related tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for extended periods, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Stacks shared publicly on ComposeHub are your responsibility. By sharing a stack, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these policies without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing for Pro and Team plans. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice via email to active subscribers before any price change takes effect. Price changes will not apply retroactively to the current billing period.
We may offer a free trial period for paid plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your Pro or Team access will continue until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIBERTY DIGITAL AGENCY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
The generated Docker Compose files are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all configurations before use in any environment, including production. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated configurations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liberty Digital Agency LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you share through the Service.
Your content: You retain full ownership of the Docker Compose configurations, stacks, and other content you create using the Service.
License to display shared stacks: By sharing a stack publicly, you grant ComposeHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, reproduce, and make the content available to other users of the Service. This license terminates when you delete the shared stack.
Our content: The ComposeHub name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Liberty Digital Agency LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liberty Digital Agency LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
